How do I activate my Gold Annual Pass that was included in the Hotel + Gold Pass Package?

After booking the Hotel + Gold Pass Package, you’ll receive a Annual Pass voucher by email. Please note: This voucher is not your Gold Annual Pass. You must activate it online before entering the park.

Follow these steps to activate your Gold Annual Pass:

1. Go to:
   Activation Portal here.
2. Locate your voucher barcode:
   Find the 18‑digit code printed in the bottom‑right corner of your voucher email.
3. Start activation:
   Once on the activation page, select the total number of passes you need to activate in the top‑right corner, then click Next.
4. Enter your details:
   For each pass, enter the 18‑digit barcode number, then proceed through the remaining steps.
   You will be required to provide:
   • Name
   • Date of birth
   • Email address
   • A photo (you may upload one now or take one at the front gate during your first visit)
5. You're ready to visit!
   After activation, simply scan your Gold Annual Pass each time you enter the park.
