When planning your stay at LEGOLAND Florida Resort, it’s important to know which changes you can make online through the Manage My Booking portal and which require a call to our Call Center.
Changes You Can Make Online
Through the Manage My Booking portal, you can easily make simple changes to your reservation, including:
- Updating Personal Information: You can update your name, address, and other personal details.
- Adding Extras: You can add extras to your booking, such as meal plans or special packages.
- Downloading Travel Documents: You can download your travel documents, including tickets directly from the portal.
These changes are straightforward and can be done at your convenience without needing to contact our support team.
Changes That Require Calling the Call Center
For more complex modifications, you will need to contact our LEGOLAND Vacations Team at 833-710-5346. Our hours of operation are 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday and 10am - 6pm on Saturday and Sunday, Eastern Time. These changes include:
- Changing Reservation Dates: If you need to change the dates of your stay, this must be done over the phone.
- Adding or Removing Guests: To add or remove people from your reservation, you will need to call. If you are adding a person and need a ticket, ensure your room can accommodate the new number of travelers. For removing a person and requesting a refund, note that only reservations with Trip Protection Plan may receive refunds.
- Modifying the Length of Stay: Any changes to the number of nights you will be staying must be handled by our Call Center.
- Special Requests: Any special requests or accommodations that are not available through the online portal will need to be discussed with our team over the phone.
- Switching Hotels: If you wish to switch the hotel you are staying at, this change must be made by contacting our Call Center. Our team will assist you in finding alternative accommodations and making the necessary adjustments to your reservation.
- Cancellations: All cancellations must be made by phone in line with our cancellation policies.
