If you are unable to log in to manage your booking for LEGOLAND® Florida, please follow these steps:
Click the red "Manage My Booking" button on the LEGOLAND® Florida website.
Enter the following details:
- Booking Number: This can be found on your confirmation email. If you booked through LEGOLAND® Vacations, your booking number will begin with a 4 and is 7 digits long.
- Name: The last name of the guest who completed the booking. (This is case sensitive and has to be entered the exact same way as your last name appears on your confirmation).
- Email: The email address used at the time of booking.
If you don't know your booking number, click on the "Help" button, and we will send your booking number to you.
Please note that the Manage My Booking system is only available for reservations made directly through LEGOLAND Vacations. If your travel plans were arranged by third-party suppliers, including travel agents, travel-booking websites, ticket resellers, and other businesses independent of LEGOLAND Florida Resort and LEGOLAND Vacations, you will need to contact them directly for assistance. You will not be able to access your booking via the Manage My Booking system.
