If you haven't received your hotel confirmation, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Spam Folder: Sometimes emails can end up in your Spam folder. Search for "LEGOLAND" to see if your confirmation email is there.
- Visit Our Self-Service Portal: Go to the Manage My Booking portal here.
Select "Travel Documents."
Click on "View & Save" to either download or print your hotel confirmation.
Retrieving Your Booking Without a Confirmation Email: Here's what you will need to know:
- If you don’t know your booking number, please click on the “Help” button in the Manage My Booking portal, and we will send your booking number.
Please note that this service is available only for bookings made through LEGOLAND Vacations. If your travel plans were arranged by third-party suppliers, including travel agents, travel-booking websites, ticket resellers, and other businesses independent of LEGOLAND Florida Resort and LEGOLAND Vacations, you will need to contact them directly to obtain your reservation number.
