If you can’t find your booking reference for any LEGOLAND Florida Resort online ticket or add-on extras purchase, don’t worry! You can easily locate your order using the order lookup tool. Here’s how:
- Visit the Order Lookup Tool: Go to the LEGOLAND Florida Resort website and find the order lookup tool.
- Enter Your Details: Input the required information, such as your email address and any other details requested.
- Retrieve Your Order: Once you’ve entered your information, you should be able to see your booking reference and order details.
- Resend Your Tickets: From there, you can choose to resend the email with your tickets.
- If you purchased tickets via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, check the email linked with that payment method.
Important Information for Hotel Package Guests:
- Guests who purchase tickets as part of a hotel package will not be able to load the tickets into the app until they receive their ticket voucher email.
- All your travel documents, including park tickets, will be emailed to you after 6pm (local time) 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you make a reservation within 10 days of arrival, your tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
- You cannot load your tickets into the LEGOLAND App before receiving the ticket voucher email.
- Your hotel booking number will not work for this purpose.
- Once you receive your ticket voucher email, you can proceed to upload your tickets into the LEGOLAND App. Your Ticket Order Number can be found on the ticket voucher in the booking overview box.
