To add your Tickets & Passes to the LEGOLAND® app, follow these steps:
Download the App:
- First, download the LEGOLAND® app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Select 'My Visit':
- Open the LEGOLAND® app and select the 'My Visit' option.
Select 'My Tickets & Passes':
- Navigate to the 'My Tickets & Passes' section.
Click 'Add Tickets & Passes':
- Click the 'Add Tickets & Passes' button.
Enter Order Details:
- Enter the order number and email address. The order number can be found on your confirmation email and is a 9-digit number beginning with a '6'.
Click 'Search':
- Click the 'Search' button to find your tickets.
Once you have added your tickets, clicking on a ticket will show you the details and the barcode needed for entry to the attraction.
Important Information for Hotel Package Guests:
- Guests who purchase tickets as part of a hotel package will not be able to load the tickets into the app until they receive their ticket voucher email.
- Your hotel vacation package tickets will be emailed to you 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Please note, this means 48 hours prior to the 4 PM check-in time on your arrival day. If you make a reservation within 3 days of arrival, your tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
- You cannot load your tickets into the LEGOLAND App before receiving the ticket voucher email.
- Your hotel booking number will not work for this purpose.
- Once you receive your ticket voucher email, you can proceed to upload your tickets into the LEGOLAND App. Your Ticket Order Number can be found on the ticket voucher in the booking overview box.
