If the offsite partner hotel can’t find your reservation, here are the steps you should take:
- Wait 24 Hours: It may take up to 24 hours for the hotel to receive your reservation after booking online.
- Present Your Voucher: Show the hotel your Voucher, which identifies you as a LEGOLAND Vacations guest. This should help them locate your reservation.
- Contact LEGOLAND Vacations Team: If the hotel still can’t find your reservation, contact the LEGOLAND Vacations Team at 833-710-5346 for further assistance. Our team is available to assist you from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday (Eastern Time).
