If you would like to cancel your hotel booking, please note that cancellations can only be made based on the following policies:
24-hour right to cancel:
If booking is confirmed and payment completed more than 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in time (4:00 pm Eastern time), guest may cancel their booking within 24 hours of the time the booking is confirmed and receive a full refund back to the original form of payment. If booking is confirmed within 72 hours of scheduled check-in time (4:00 pm Eastern time), no changes, cancellations or refunds are allowed.
Once the 24-hour right to cancel period has expired, the following Cancellation Policies apply:
Cancellation Policy for Guests who book a LEGOLAND Vacations offer with Gold Season Pass Included: This is a non-refundable and non-cancellable rate and full pre-payment is charged at the time of booking. No refunds, credits, or changes will be permitted.
Cancellation Policy for Guests who book a Promotional Rate: More than 2 days prior to arrival, modifications only are permitted for a $99 amendment fee per occurrence. Any changes are subject to availability and new prices. Promotional rates may no longer be available once promotion has ended. Travel window and minimum length of stay restrictions also still apply. For additions only to a booking (adding a night’s stay, adding a traveler, adding ancillary products), the amendment fee will be waived. In the event modification results in a reduced value of the booking, the difference will not be refunded. Cancellations and refunds are NOT permitted.
No cancellations, changes or refunds are allowed within 2 days of arrival. In the event of a no-show, all monies are forfeited.
Cancellation Policy for Guests who purchase Trip Protection Plan: If you opted to purchase Trip Protection Plan, you may change or cancel your reservation up to 4:00 pm Eastern Time 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Any changes to your booking are subject to availability and new prices may apply. If cancellation occurs before 4:00 pm Eastern Time 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, then full payment is refunded in the original form of payment, minus any products or services designated as non-refundable and the non-refundable Trip Protection Plan fee. If cancellation occurs after 4:00 pm Eastern Time 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no-show, then all monies are forfeited. No cancellations, changes or refunds are allowed within 2 days of arrival.
Cancellation Policy for Guests who decline Trip Protection Plan: 46 days or more prior to arrival, bookings may be modified or cancelled with no penalty. Any changes to your booking are subject to availability and new prices may apply. In the event modification results in a reduced value of the booking, the difference will be refunded back to the original form of payment. If the booking is cancelled, all monies will be refunded back to the original form of payment minus any products or services designated as non-refundable.
Between 2 and 45 days prior to arrival, modifications only are permitted for a $99 amendment fee per occurrence. Any changes to your booking are subject to availability and new prices may apply. For additions only to a booking (adding a night’s stay, adding a traveler, adding ancillary products), the amendment fee will be waived. Cancellations are NOT permitted between 2 and 45 days prior to arrival.
Within 2 days of arrival, no cancellations, changes or refunds are allowed. In the event of a no-show, all monies are forfeited.
Cancellation Policy for Guests who book within 2 days of arrival: If you made your booking within 2 days of arrival, no cancellations, changes or refunds are allowed. In the event of cancellation or no-show, all monies are forfeited.

We understand that plans can change! If you booked your hotel directly through LEGOLAND Vacations, you can easily cancel your reservation online using our Manage My Booking Portal.
🔍 What You’ll Need to Log In
- Booking Number – found in your confirmation email.
- Last Name – enter exactly as it appears on your booking (case‑sensitive).
- Email Address – the one used at the time of booking.

Select the “Help” button in the portal, and we’ll send it to you instantly.
🧭 Where to Go in the Portal to Cancel
Once you’ve logged into the Manage My Booking portal:
- You’ll see an overview of your reservation displayed on the main screen.
- If your booking is eligible for cancellation, a red “Cancel Booking” button will appear.
- Click this red button to begin the process.
- You’ll be asked to review the cancellation details.
- To finalize, click the blue “Cancel Booking” button.
💥 Once selected, your reservation is immediately canceled, and you'll receive a confirmation email confirming your cancellation.
