If you haven’t received your tickets or accidentally deleted the email containing them—don’t worry! You can easily retrieve another copy by following these simple steps:
1. Locate Your Booking Confirmation Email
- Search Your Inbox: Look for an email from noreply@legoland.com. This message contains your booking confirmation number and ticket details.
- Check Spam/Junk Folders: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, it may have been filtered. Be sure to check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
- Search Keywords: Try searching your email using keywords like “LEGOLAND,” “booking,” or “tickets” to help locate the message.
2. Use the LEGOLAND Order Lookup Tool
- If you still can’t find the email, you can retrieve your tickets online:
- Visit the Order Lookup Tool: Go to the LEGOLAND Florida Resort order lookup tool here.
- Enter Your Details: Provide the email address used during booking and any other requested information (such as your booking number or name).
- View Your Booking: Once your details are verified, your booking reference and ticket information will be displayed.
- Resend Your Tickets: You’ll have the option to resend the confirmation email with your tickets attached.
3. Important Info for Hotel Guests
If you’ve booked a stay at the LEGOLAND Hotel, Pirate Island Hotel or LEGOLAND Beach Retreat, here’s what you need to know:
- Ticket Delivery Timing:
- Your travel documents, including park tickets, will be emailed to you after 4:00 PM (local time) two days before your scheduled arrival date.
- If you made your reservation within 48 hours of arrival, your tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours of booking.
So if your trip is still a few days away, your tickets may not have been sent yet—keep an eye on your inbox!
