To update your Monthly Pay Pass auto pay information or if you’ve missed a payment on your Annual Pass Monthly Pay plan, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the Membership Portal: Visit the LEGOLAND Florida Monthly Payment Portal to update your billing information or settle any missed payments here.
- Payment Declined: If your payment has declined, your Annual Pass will be restricted, preventing you from redeeming any associated benefits until the outstanding payments are settled. Payments can only be completed through the link above.
- Reactivation: Once all payments are up to date, you will be able to immediately use your Annual Pass again.
- Permanent Deactivation: Please note that after 45 days of temporary deactivation due to non-payment, your Annual Passes will become permanently deactivated.
