After your initial 12-month contract period ends, your Monthly Pay Pass will continue on a month-to-month basis. If you wish to cancel your pass at this point, follow these steps:
- Log into our online Membership portal here.
- Enter the payment portal. You may receive a six-digit verification code sent to your email.
- Once logged in, look to the upper right-hand corner of the screen for an option that says “Membership” or “Manage Membership”. Click on it.
- On the next page, find the option on the far right-hand side that says “Cancel Membership”.
Note: If you cancel your membership before completing the one-year contract, the remaining cost of your pass(es) will still be deducted from your payment method on file. You will have until the next billing date to use your pass(es) before they are permanently deactivated.
