No, once the initial 12-month commitment is satisfied, the pass will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until you contact us to cancel. Since you will not be charged a separate down payment, Monthly payments on a month-to-month basis will be updated to be equal to 12 payments of the Pass price at that time, plus applicable taxes per month. If you wish to cancel your pass after the initial 12-month commitment, follow these steps:
- Log into our online Membership portal here.
- Enter the payment portal. You may receive a six-digit verification code sent to your email.
- Once logged in, look to the upper right-hand corner of the screen for an option that says “Membership” or “Manage Membership”. Click on it.
- On the next page, find the option on the far right-hand side that says “Cancel Membership”.
Note: If you cancel your membership before completing the one-year contract, the remaining cost of your pass(es) will still be deducted from your payment method on file. You will have until the next billing date to use your pass(es) before they are permanently deactivated.
