If your Annual Passes have been temporarily deactivated due to non-payment for more than 45 days, they will become permanently deactivated as outlined in the retail installment contract signed during your purchase. Unfortunately, this means you will no longer have access to the payment portal, and the passes will no longer be valid. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
While permanently deactivated Annual Passes cannot be reinstated, you are welcome to purchase new annual passes through a standard payment option by following the link below:
