What’s the difference between a Monthly Pay Annual Pass and a Annual Pass Paid in Full?

The Monthly Pay Annual Pass is a 12-month commitment that automatically continues on a month-to-month basis once the initial contract period ends. It remains active until you choose to cancel.

If you wish to cancel your pass after the 12-month term, follow these steps:

1. Log into our online Membership portal here.
2. Enter the payment portal. You may receive a six-digit verification code sent to your email.
3. Once logged in, look to the upper right-hand corner of the screen for an option that says “Membership” or “Manage Membership”. Click on it.
4. On the next page, find the option on the far right-hand side that says “Cancel Membership”.

Note: If you cancel your membership before completing the one-year contract, the remaining cost of your pass(es) will still be charged to your payment method on file. You will have access to your pass(es) until the next billing date, after which they will be permanently deactivated.
