LEGOLAND Florida Resort offers a 14-week Guest Experience Internship during the Fall and Spring semesters. This paid internship is designed for college students who want hands-on experience in a theme park and hospitality environment while gaining professional development and career exposure.
As a Guest Experience Host – Intern, you will support daily operations in either:
- Two of the following three areas: Retail, Admissions, and Food & Beverage, or
- Hotel roles for the full duration of the internship.
Interns are responsible for completing assigned tasks efficiently, delivering excellent guest service, and consistently demonstrating the Merlin Values. Job duties vary depending on the department.
Program requirements include:
- Commitment to the full 14-week program
- Working an average of 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays (hours vary by business needs)
- Completion of at least 280 total hours, including 28 hours of formal professional development
- Enrollment in college
- Must be 18 years or older or a high school graduate
