Lost and found services are available for items lost in the Theme Park, Water Park, LEGOLAND® Hotel, Pirate Island Hotel, or LEGOLAND® Beach Retreat.
If You Lost an Item
Please submit a report using the appropriate Lost Item Form based on where the item was lost:

If you lost an item in the LEGOLAND Florida Theme Park or Water Park, please complete our Theme Park & Water Park Lost Item Form.

🛎️ Hotels, Vacation Packages, or Overnight Stays
If you lost an item at LEGOLAND Hotel, Pirate Island Hotel, LEGOLAND Beach Retreat, or in connection with a vacation package or overnight stay, please complete our Hotels & Vacations Lost Item Form.

Once your report has been submitted, our team will search for your item and contact you if it is found.
If You Find an Item
Please turn found items in to:
- Guest Services at the entrance of the Theme Park or Water Park
- Any Park Ranger
- Any Hotel Employee at LEGOLAND Hotel, Pirate Island Hotel, or LEGOLAND Beach Retreat

- LEGOLAND Florida Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
- We recommend keeping valuables secure at all times during your visit.
- Due to the volume of requests received, we will only contact guests if their item is located.
