Get ready for a bricktastic stay! Here are a few tips to enhance your arrival experience:
- Location: Follow posted signs to LEGOLAND® Beach Retreat, at 100 LEGOLAND Way, Winter Haven, FL 33884.
- Check-In: Upon arrival, a Model Citizen will direct you to check in and park. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Due to high occupancy, rooms will not likely be available until 4:00 p.m.
- Park Tickets: If your booking includes Park tickets, you will receive them via email after 6pm (local time) 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you make a reservation within 10 days of arrival, your tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Please upload them to the LEGOLAND app or print them out and bring them with you to the main Park entrance for quicker access.
- Breakfast: Served from 7 AM - 10:30 AM at Sandy's Castle Restaurant
- Shuttle Service: A free shuttle bus is available to and from the Theme Park entrance from 9:30 am - 12:00pm and three hours prior to park closing and one hour after the park closes. See a Model Citizen for exact departure times and for boarding assistance with wheelchairs and ECVs.
