Where do I report a lost or found item?

If you have left an item or lost a valuable during your visit to LEGOLAND Florida Resort, including the Park, Water Park, LEGOLAND Florida Hotel, Pirate Island Hotel, or Beach Retreat, please follow these steps:

1. Fill Out a Form: Complete the lost item form here. A member of our team will contact you only if the item is found.
2. Report to Guest Services: You can also report any lost articles or return any found items to Guest Services, located at the entrance of the Park and Water Park.
3. Notify Hotel Staff: If you are staying at the LEGOLAND Florida Hotel, Pirate Island Hotel, or Beach Retreat, you can report lost items to any hotel employee.
