Gift Annual Passes are not activated at the time of purchase. Instead, the recipient will receive instructions on how to activate their pass on the purchase receipt.
- The new passholder has 60 days from the purchase date to redeem their pass online.
- To activate, they must scan the QR code on the receipt and enter the barcode located at the bottom.
- Each redemption link is specific to the pass type (e.g., all Gold Passes share the same link), while the redemption code is unique to each person.
- Important: The barcode on the receipt will not scan at the gate, and Admissions staff cannot activate gift passes. Activation must be completed online before visiting.
