If your visit qualifies for the Guest Experience Promise, you can return to LEGOLAND® Florida Resort on another day using the same ticket you scanned during your original visit.
How to Redeem Your Guest Experience Promise Visit:
- Keep your original ticket from the day you visited.
- Bring that ticket and a valid photo ID with you when you return.
- Visit the outside Guest Services window before entering the Park.
- The team will verify your ticket and issue a return pass for that day.

Redeeming Your Visit the Next Day (72–Hour Policy)
If you are only in town for a short period, you may redeem your Guest Experience Promise ticket within 72 hours of the activated date with no blockout restrictions.
