If you’ve misplaced your Annual Pass, don’t panic! Here’s what you can do:
- Digital Passes: Our Annual Passes are now digital! Upon purchase, your annual pass barcodes are emailed to you. You can use this email to enter the park directly at the turnstiles or load the pass into the LEGOLAND Mobile App for easy access.
- Lost Email: If you can’t find the email, visit the Ticketing Window on the day of your visit with a valid photo ID (for guests age 18 and older). They can assist you in providing a copy of your Annual Pass. Hard copies are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Physical Reprint: If you need a physical reprint of your Annual Pass, there is a reprinting fee of $10 + tax per pass. However, if your pass was stolen, presenting a police report at the time of redemption will waive this fee. The reprinted pass will be a fully functional replacement, and the original pass will be null and void. The reprinted pass will retain the same expiration date as the original.
- Monthly Pay Pass: If your pass is on a Monthly Pay plan and you need to view your signed contract, please log in to your Payment Portal here.
