What is the HERO Access Pass at LEGOLAND Florida?

The HERO Access Pass is designed to support guests who may have difficulty tolerating extended wait times due to a disability. It offers a more flexible way to enjoy rides throughout the park.

💡 What the HERO Access Pass Offers:

• Expedited access for the first ride on each attraction.
• Scheduled return times for up to two additional rides per attraction (maximum of three total).
• Wait times that match the current standby line, allowing you to enjoy other areas of the park while you wait.
• Access for up to 6 guests, including the individual the pass is issued for.

🛠️ How It Works:

1. Visit Guest Services
   Speak with a Model Citizen about your needs—no documentation is required. Pass assignment is at the discretion of LEGOLAND Florida Resort staff.
2. Go to Your First Ride
   Enter through the FasTrack entrance or ride exit. You’ll be boarded as soon as possible and given a return time for your next ride.
3. Enjoy the Park
   Use your return time to visit another attraction. At each ride, you’ll receive a new time for the next one. Repeat this process throughout the day!

🚫 Note: The HERO Access Pass is not valid for Water Park attractions.
