Pets are not permitted in any of the LEGOLAND Florida Resort hotels, including LEGOLAND Hotel, Pirate Island Hotel, and LEGOLAND Beach Retreat.
However, service animals are welcome. At LEGOLAND Florida Resort, a service animal is defined as a dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability. Service animals may accompany guests in most areas of the resort, including through standard ride queues up to the boarding area.
Please keep in mind:
- Service animals must be on a leash or harness and under control at all times.
- For safety reasons, service animals are not allowed on rides.
- LEGOLAND team members are not permitted to handle or supervise service animals.
