Here are some key points:
- Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the date specified at the time of purchase. Multi-day tickets must be used within the specified timeframe.
- Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged.
- Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
- Entry Requirements: Guests must present a valid ticket for entry. Online purchases may require a printed confirmation or digital ticket for admission.
- Attraction Access: Tickets include access to the attractions listed on the ticket. Additional charges may apply for special events or experiences.
- Safety and Conduct: Guests must adhere to park rules and regulations for safety and conduct.
- Cancellation: Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased.
If your plans change, you can modify the date of your visit within 12 months of the purchase date through the My Account Portal. Here’s how:
How to modify your booking:
- Log in to the portal using your order number and email address, or click the link in your order confirmation email.
- Select the ‘Booking Portal’ link.
- Click ‘Modify’ next to the ticket or parking pass you want to change.
- The portal will show:
- Available dates for your ticket type.
- How many times your booking can be modified.
Don’t have your confirmation number?
Use the Recover Account option in the portal. Just enter the email address and phone number used during purchase to access your recent order history.
Ticket Change Policy & Eligibility:
- Only general admission tickets purchased via the LEGOLAND Florida website are eligible for date changes in the LEGOLAND Florida booking portal.
- Tickets purchased as part of a promotion can only be changed within the promotional period.
- You can modify your booking up to 10 times.
- You can change your visit date anytime before your scheduled visit.
- You can also make changes up to 90 days after your original visit date.
- If the new date is more expensive, you’ll be able to pay the difference to complete the change.
- You may not be able to change your date if:
- The park is closed on the desired date.
- The desired date is sold out.
- You choose not to pay the price difference for a higher-priced date.
