Your Monthly Pay Annual Pass does not expire. Once the initial 12-month commitment is satisfied, the pass will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until you contact us to cancel.
If you are interested in canceling your Annual Pass on Monthly Pay and have completed the contracted obligation of 12 monthly payments, please email LLF.AnnualPass@LEGOLAND.com or call (863) 318-5742. You will need to share the following information:
The names on the annual passes
Email of the individual who purchased the annual passes
Original order number
Please keep in mind that only the original purchaser of the annual passes through the Monthly Pay plan has the ability to request cancellation or modifications to the order. We recommend providing this information a minimum of 5 days prior to your next payment date to ensure your request is reviewed before additional payments are applied to your account.
