*Please note – Monthly Pay passes can only be cancelled after they have completed their 12 month obligation*
To cancel your monthly pay annual pass, please email LLF.Experience@legoland.com the following information:
- The names on the annual passes
- Email of the individual who purchased the annual passes
- Original order number
Please keep in mind that only the original purchaser of the annual passes through the Monthly Pay plan has the ability to request cancellation or modifications to the order. We recommend providing this information a minimum of 5 days prior to your next payment date to ensure your request is reviewed before additional payments are applied to your account.
