If circumstances change, you may be able to change the date of your visit — including any car parking you’ve purchased — within 12 months of the original purchase date. You can do this via the My Account Portal.
To make changes, log in to the portal using your order number and email address (or by clicking the link in your order confirmation email). Then select the 'Booking Portal' link and click 'Modify' next to the ticket or car park ticket you wish to amend. The portal will display the available dates for your ticket type and indicate how many times your booking can be modified.
Important reminders:
- If you purchased a promotion, you can only change your visit date within the promotional period.
- You may not be able to change your date if:
- The desired date does not match the price of your original ticket.
- The park is closed on the desired date.
- The desired date is sold out.
