Cancellation for Reservations with a Trip Protection Plan: If you opted to purchase Trip Protection Plan, you may change or cancel your reservation up to 4 p.m. Eastern Time 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
If cancellation occurs by 4 p.m. Eastern Time 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, full payment is refunded in the original form of payment, minus the non-refundable Trip Protection Plan fee. Any changes to your reservation are subject to availability and new prices may apply.
If cancellation occurs after 4 p.m. Eastern Time 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no-show, then all monies are forfeited. No cancellations, changes or refunds are allowed within 5 days of arrival.
